I'm unable to open a link for a ticket shared with me ❌
Some customers report an issue from time to time where they are unable to click accept to a ticket that has been shared with them. This is usually due to the messaging app (e.g. whatsapp, snapchat, messenger) they are using preventing you opening it. Likely a security feature ⛔️
To resolve the issue simply copy and paste the link into a browser and you will be able to accept the share ✅
