What about graduates?

Mates from home?

Yes, that's fine too. We allow non-student guests in with students as a group so long as the ratio is at least 1:1 student to non-student. Note that if they get over-excited and behave like a dick and end up being thrown out, we reserve the right to remove you too as punishment for bringing them in the first place. ${color}[#f50f0f](Please let us know in advance) so we can tell security ✋ Failure to do this could prevent entry on the night if we do not know this information prior.

Question 2

I've lost my shit, what do I do? 🤯

Sorry that you have lost something at CRISIS 🤯 What you need to do is fill in the form on our Contact page.

The form goes straight to the member of staff at Rock City who has the box of lost property items 👌 If they have your stuff they will contact you. If you don't hear anything after 48 hours unfortunately it means your item has not been found 👎

We are unable to return lost dignity and self respect ☝️

Alternatively, please stop by the club 10am to 5pm.

Question 3

How does Ticket Selling work? 🤔

You can sell your tickets via the Ontapp Tickets app (on your phone/tablet) 📲 When you put your ticket up for sale, your Ad becomes visible in the secondary ticket market. This way other interested ticket buyers can buy their tickets in a safe way from you 👉 Here's how to do it;

Select the event 👀
Choose the ticket type you want to sell. The tickets are grouped by ticket type 🎟
If you have chosen the ticket type, you will see all the tickets you have of this type. Now click 'Sell ticket' ✅
If you want to sell all your tickets, you have to sell them separately 🧍‍♀️ 🧍 🧍‍♀️
Share the link to your tickets with friends/family/online, so your tickets will sell faster! 👬👭

Status

You can see the status of your sale by clicking the white button underneath the green ticket image in your wallet. For example a white button with your ticket '1x Third Release'. The page that opens shows that your ticket is FOR SALE. If your ticket is sold, you will get a notification per SMS and the status will be changed to resold. 📲

Canceling the sale

If you decide to use the ticket yourself in the end, you can cancel the sale here. Note that this is not possible when the ticket is in someone else's basket 🗑

Promoting your sale

Next to the status, you can also see a green 'share' button. By copying this link you can promote your ticket on social media or with friends. This way you can give the sale of your ticket an extra push

I have lost my ID can I still come? 😥

As an over 18s event, I'm sure you can appreciate we need to ask for ID so people can prove they are of the correct age ✅

If you have lost your ID you may not be admitted to the venue 🚫 It is entirely at the discretion of the member of security you get on your way in. If they say no, there is nothing you can do ✋

Screenshots or photographs of ID's will not be permitted 🙅‍♀️ 🙅

Do you have any fancy dress restrictions? 👗

Nearly anything goes 👀👀👀 But…

Please no hi-vis fancy dress 🦺 This interferes with our CCTV and it is easy to mistake you for our security and welfare teams who are also in hi-vis 🦺 Customers arriving with hi-vis on will be asked to remove it. Sorry! ✋🙅

Please nothing that might be used as a weapon. Inflatables are fine, cardboard all good, but wooden sword could hurt even if blunt 🚫

Finally, please consider carefully what might likely offend other customers before making a costume choice 🥰

As an over 18s nightclub we do ask that you carry ID so as to prove your age 🙋‍♀️ 🙋‍♂️ 🙋 We accept the following as proof of age:

Passport ✅
Drivers License ✅
Validate UK cards ✅

🚫 Please note we do not accept photocopies 🚫

Student ID

CRISIS is primarily a student night, but we do allow non-students in certain circumstances. We permit non-students to attend CRISIS with other students as a ratio of 1:1. So for example if you have a friend from home coming up, so long as they are with a carded UoN student it is fine.

We also permit graduate groups to return to CRISIS if they have been unable to truly let go. They need to contact us in advance just to let us know.

Lost your student ID?

It is preferable for you to carry your student card and it will be requested by security. Online verified Student ID authentication apps will be accepted also.
