How does Ticket Sharing work? 🎟

How does it work? 👀

Once you are logged in, you simply click on the event you want to share your tickets for. On your tickets you will see 'Share'. Click on this button. You will then need to enter the mobile number of the person you wish to share your tickets with.

Please note; when sharing a ticket for an event, it shares ALL your owned tickets for that event with that person. From there, they will be able to do everything you can with the tickets, including selling and sharing with others. So please ONLY share your tickets with people that you trust! 🚫

Please log out and log back in - this usually fixes any issues and refreshes to include updates. In addition please check you have latest Ontapp Tickets app, which can be downloaded in the iOS App Store / Android Google Play.
