Under what circumstances can I get a refund? 💁♂️
If an event has gone ahead as scheduled there are very limited circumstances in which a refund will be issued. Please refer to the full ticketing terms and conditions for more information 🎟
A refund is not issued under any of the following circumstances;
🚫 If you are unable to attend an event.
🚫 If you have missed your entry time and your ticket has expired.
🚫 If you are refused entry for failing to provide a valid form of ID.
🚫 If you are deemed to be too intoxicated to enter.
🚫 If you are removed from the venue.
Please note that all booking fees are non-refundable 🙅♂️
